International Customs/Import Duty and related Taxes
Please be aware that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These costs are your express responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Import duties and taxes vary from country and region and depend on the import value at the destination country. Andavi Swim will include an Invoice declaring the full value in AUD (Australian Dollar) paid, we are not responsible for these custom duties and related taxes.
Please note if you refuse any shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any import duty/tax return costs. Please ensure you satisfy yourself with any customs/import duty and tax in your country/region before placing your order on our website.
Domestic Australia – Standard delivery times may vary but are typically 1-3 business days depending on your area (e.g. Metro or regional). Andavi Swim cannot guarantee parcels will be delivered within a specific timeframe. Please note, COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the postal system and delays are expected across all networks.
International (incl NZ) – Delivery times vary across all networks. Andavi Swim Pty Ltd cannot guarantee parcels will be delivered within a specific timeframe. Covid-19 has had a significant impact on international delivery services to and from Australia.
We use the Australia Post service which allows us to track any purchase. A signature may be required on delivery. It is recommended that you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, a card may be left and the parcel will be taken to a local post office.
Incorrect shipping address
Please note we are not responsible for any error or misdescription you make when you place your order. Please advise us as soon as you become aware of any error and we will try our best to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible to replace or refund or attend to any order that is delivered to the incorrect address as a result of your error or misdescription.
