CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
- All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless deemed faulty) and hygiene stickers in place.
- Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless deemed faulty).
- In the interests of hygiene, please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a return or exchange that has been worn.
- It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping for the return or exchange. We would love to cover this cost, but as we are a new small business, we can’t yet cover the cost of returns and exchanges (unless faulty). But don’t worry, you will be the first to know when we can offer you free returns.
- It may occur that some exchange requests may not be processed if your requested item is out of stock, in this instance a refund or store credit will be processed instead.

HOW DO I LODGE A RETURN
- Reply to your order confirmation email requesting a return (or email us with your order number directly at firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Post your return to Andavi Swim PO Box 139, Elanora QLD 4221
- Return shipping and any duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- The item must meet our returns and exchanges policy and be accepted by us to be eligible for a return, exchange or refund.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected by us, if accepted your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between different financial providers.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM
An exchange option is only available for the same style, in a different colour or size (unless faulty) and must meet the terms of our returns and exchanges policy.
If we do not stock the same style item in a different colour or size, we will issue a refund and you must then submit a new order through our website.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.00
- $9.95 for standard shipping on all orders under $100.00
- $12.95 for Express shipping on all orders
- Free Standard International Shipping on all orders over $250
- all other orders shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is calculated on area/region as per weight and size of parcel according to Australia Post International postage pricing zones for NZ.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED
We offer an express checkout option with Paypal, Shop Pay and Google Pay making it even faster and easier to checkout on our website. If you don’t want to express checkout, our normal checkout process is still very similar and quick and simple to navigate.
