Andavi Swim Monthly Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By entering Andavi Swim’s Giveaway, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: 

HOW TO ENTER 

1.        Follow us on Instagram @andaviswim.

2.   Post a photo or video on Instagram of yourself wearing your favourite Andavi Swim.

3.        TAG us in your post.

       Participation/Entry

4.        This giveaway is open to Entrants worldwide.

5.      To Enter, simply follow us on Instagram, post a photo or video on Instagram of yourself wearing your Andavi Swim piece/pieces, Tag us in that post.

6.      Entries that are incomplete, unclear, or illegible will not be considered.

7.    You may enter multiple times, provided each entry meets the participation  requirements.

8.      If there is any dispute regarding an entrant’s identity, Andavi Swim reserves the right to make a final determination.

9.   This giveaway runs monthly, beginning on the first day of the month and closing on the last day of the month. The winner will be drawn on the first business day of the following month.

10. You must not inaccurately tag content or encourage another person to inaccurately tag content (example: don’t tag yourself or us in photos/videos if you aren’t in the photo/video).

11.   All decisions made by Andavi Swim are final.

12.   Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry to enter.

       Prize Details

13.   The winner will receive a AU$180 Andavi Swim E-Gift Card (1 x $180).

14. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable. It cannot be redeemed for cash.

15. The Gift Card can be used to buy any styles available on our online store andaviswim.com

16. There is no expiry date on the Gift Card. You may use it multiple times, provided there is a remaining balance.

17.  The Gift Card can only be applied to future orders. It cannot be used for past purchases or applied retroactively to existing orders.

18.  Items purchased with the Gift Card cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different product. However, if the size isn’t right, you can:

a.       Exchange once for an alternative size.

b.   Return the item for store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.

      Winner Announcement

19. The winner’s name and social media username will be announced on Andavi Swim’s social media channels @andaviswim and sent a direct message notifying them.

20.   The winner must provide their email address to receive their E-Gift Card by email.

21.  By participating, entrants agree and give consent to Andavi Swim to use their name, text, images, and videos for promotional purposes across their social media pages. No compensation will be provided for this usage.

22. The Gift Card will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered in accordance with these terms and conditions using a random number generator. 

Legal & Privacy

23.  These terms do not override any consumer protections under Australian Consumer Law.

24.   Andavi Swim will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) arising from participation in this giveaway, except where required by law.

25.   Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used solely for conducting the promotion. We may disclose this information to third parties such as service providers where necessary.

26.   Entrants do not need to make a purchase to enter.

27.   By entering, Entrants agree to receive communications from Andavi Swim. If you wish to opt out, update, or correct your details, please email us at info@andaviswim.com.

28.  This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

30.   Please be aware of fake accounts. Please take note of our Instagram handle @andaviswim. We will NEVER ask you to click a link or pay a fee to claim your prize.
